Due to legal reasons, Fae Pictures Inc. is unable to review your materials unless solicited directly, through an agent, manager, producer, or by referral.

If, however, such means are inaccessible to you, as is often the situation for “the Other”, we humbly request that you submit an unsolicited pitch for your project. If there is interest, we will request additional solicited materials. Please note that unsolicited pitches (and any unsolicited materials included) are subject to the terms and conditions below.

By submitting my proposal and related materials (the "Material") to

I hereby acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree as follows (the "Agreement"):

1. I have the full right to submit the Material to Company upon the terms and conditions stated herein and the Material is completely original to me and does not infringe the rights of any third parties.

2. Company has not made any prior representations to me regarding the Material and shall not be under any obligation if the material has not been selected for development by Company.

3. I have retained a copy of the Material, and I agree that Company shall not have any obligation to return the Material, nor shall Company have any obligation for loss or damage to the physical Material.

4. My submission of the Material is voluntary, not solicited by Company, and no fiduciary relationship between Company and me exists or is being created by this Agreement or my submission of the Material.

5. I understand and agree that I shall not be entitled to any compensation for Company's use of any materials similar to the Material if Company has received a prior similar submission, subsequent similar submission not based on the Materials, or has independently created material based on an idea similar to which my submission is based.

6. I further acknowledge that Company may have independently developed ideas, program formats and literary and other materials, or may, after the time I submit the Material, develop ideas, program formats and literary and other materials which are identical or similar to the Material which I am submitting to Company. I agree that Company will have the unrestricted right to use such identical or similar ideas, program formats and literary formats and other materials which Company has independently developed and I will have no right or recourse against Company in respect of such usage.

7. I hereby release Company from (a) any and all claims, demands, costs, and liabilities that may arise in connection with or related to the Material, and/or (b) any claim now or hereafter made by me that Company has used or appropriated the Material or any portion thereof.

8. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the terms and conditions contained herein.

The area known as Tovaangar (the Los Angeles basin and So. Channel Islands) has been caretaken by the Gabrielino/Tongva peoples. We pay our respects to the Honuukvetam (Ancestors), ‘Ahiihirom (Elders) and ‘Eyoohiinkem (our relatives/relations) past, present and emerging.
The area known as Tkaronto has been caretaken by the Anishinabek Nation, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Huron-Wendat, and the Métis. It is now home to many Indigenous Peoples such as the current Treaty 13 holders, the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. This territory is subject to the Dish with One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement to share and care for the Great Lakes region.
